Protecting your personal information
We use the industry standard for Internet security, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, to scramble personal information as it travels over the Internet during the checkout process. This encryption makes it impossible for anyone to read this information in transit. We protect all personal information, including your name and address.
We do not collect any credit card information on our site. Payments are made through the PayPal system and any credit card information is collected by PayPal, not us. PayPal uses proprietary technology to ensure your transactions are safe.

I don't have a PayPal account, can I still purchase your e-Patterns?
Yes. Although we use PayPal to collect payment, you do not need to open a PayPal account in order to make your payment. Simply follow the instructions on the PayPal website for the different payment options.
Can I order your e-Patterns and have them delivered to my home?
Due to the digital nature of our e-Patterns, you can only order them at our Web Site. Our site is designed to deliver your patterns to you immediately without any shipping charges. Due to the digital nature of our e-Patterns, we are not able to print them for you and deliver them to your home, nor can we forward them to you as an attachment to an e-mail.
When will I receive my e-Patterns?
You will be able to download your e-Patterns immediately, once your payment has been cleared by PayPal and our server has received the notice from PayPal completing the transaction. You will then be able to download your patterns by login into your account and selecting the corresponding order. Simply click on the download link, and the e-Pattern will begin to download.
How do the downloads work?

Individual visitors may download and save to their hard drive (or any other medium they choose) and/or print one (1) copy only of any pattern and or instructions/tutorial (free or paid) available on this website.

We are aware that the technology sometimes experiences difficulties. Therefore, subscribed users are allowed up to five attempts at downloading any approved file/page, in the event that the first attempt fails. Should the further attempts fail, please contact Technical Support with an explanation of the difficulty you are experiencing.
Can I sell or loan my downloaded e-Pattern to a friend?
No. The permit issued for your e-Pattern is unique for your computer and is not transferable.
Can I share my e-Patterns?
No. Each e-Pattern is copyrighted and subject to our exclusive rights.

No part of our publications or Web sites may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying, recording or any other information storage and retrieval system, without our written permission.

Purchasing or obtaining an book or pattern, whether it be in print or electronically, does not give the end user any of the rights granted to the copyright holder. The copyright owner has the exclusive right:

To distribute copies of the work to the public by sale or other transfer of ownership, or by rental, lease, or lending.

To display the copyrighted work publicly.
The creator of the work has exclusive rights with or without a copyright statement. According to the Berne Convention Implementation act of 1988, copyright notice is optional for all works published on and after March 1, 1989.
Can I change, cancel or delete an e-Pattern order?
Orders placed on our online store cannot be changed or canceled. Since orders are delivered immediately, an e-Pattern order cannot be canceled.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns for any downloaded material. However, if you are experiencing technical difficulties, please contact our technical support. Notification of any issues must occur within 10 calendar days of the original sale.
