One of our most popular patterns, this sampler quilt is aimed particularly at beginner quilters, although experienced quilters seem to enjoy it just as well. By sewing 36 different blocks you can practice three different techniques: traditional piecing, appliqué, and paper piecing.  The pattern includes full-size templates for all the blocks, and step-by-step, illustrated instructions on how to piece each block and on how to assemble and finish the quilt.
